The coherence and continuity to life that is endowed by sensibility to our surroundings is multiplied times over when there is exchange by way of "seeing through the eyes" of others.

Some voices are as insistent as Maya Angelou's ".... Caged Bird ...." or as strident as the painters of Lascaux. Others are shy and retiring as treasure to be discovered by accident of the stray glance.
