He is a man who has at hand the wondrous full array of his intellectual and emotional capacities.
This government, accountable only to the reason of the people and established in continuity with that confidence, endures.
As our culture supported by that political structure, fragile and dynamic, slowly nurtures the actuality of those "self-evident" rights to the full and equal participation its racial and ethnic minorities, the women, the children, the old, the ill, the poor, and the incompetent ..... as were the fishes of Galilee ..... those capacities will be multiplied and amplified and sustain in abundance.
